Mobility Class and a Live DJ 🔥

A reminder that every workout doesn’t have to leave you exhausted to be effective. 🤎

I went to @oooflowstate class at @tuffspw Gym in Decatur and really enjoyed slowing things down, tapping into mobility, and moving with intention.

Sometimes your body doesn’t need a super intense workout. Sometimes it needs a chance to reset, stretch, and FLOW.

Flow State is led by @thewilliamjohnson with a live DJ set by @9.goodjob, so the energy is still there while you move at a more intentional pace. 🎶

📅 Saturday, September 12
⏰ 9 AM & 10 AM
💰 $15 individual | $20 for two
📍 Tuff Sports Performance & Wellness Gym
145 New Street Unit JK
Decatur, GA 30030

‼️Spots are limited to 10 people per class, so make sure you RSVP and secure your spot. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨
