Sometimes simple is the biggest statement. 🤍 Sleek calla lily bud vases and candlelight for the dreamiest reception tablescape.

The Allen’s ❤️

My heart was so full as I sent out the previews to this gallery! I couldn’t have asked for a better end to my wedding season than to spend a whole day with Julia & Jason!!!! I honestly don’t think it’s possible to have a dull moment with these two. Every little detail was so intentional and beautiful. So so perfect!

I’m wishing these two the absolute best as they begin this next chapter together 🤗

The Warners🥂✨

The little details, very Maddie & Mike🖤

A moment for the newlyweds💍✨

The setup before the celebrating began🥂

Pour decisions were made🍾😂

A sweet little pause in the celebrating🎂✨

Everyone they love, all in one room🥹

Just the two of them for a minute🖤

Because one first dance photo simply wasn’t enough🥹

And the rest of the night looked a little like this 🪩✨ taken in Wildman BT by @oopsiedaisyfd

A few film favorites from Heather and Rob’s day at The Armour House.

There is something about the way film renders pink. It’s soft and warm and a little dreamy and it’s the way you WANT a wedding to feel when you look back on it.

Film is also the reason those details are as considered as they are. Loading a roll means every frame matters, which means I’m slower, more deliberate and really seeing what’s in front of me before I press the shutter button. These images don’t happen by accident like some on my digital camera do and I love that!

And the thing about shooting film alongside digital is that the two don’t compete. They complement. The ones I slowed down for and the ones that happened fast and true. Your gallery gets both.

✨BELLA BLEU BRIDE✨

Today, we celebrate our gorgeous bride @heatherachana and her husband @robbchana tying the knot at @armourhouseweddings just two weeks ago!

Heather purchased a custom @amrany_ayala gown during our Trunk Show last year and it was love at first sight🤍 Since then, I have had the pleasure of getting to know Heather and the people closest to her and I could not be more happy for such a kind and loving person. Congrats to the beautiful couple!!🥂

XO,
Liz

Heather and Rob designed a beautiful wedding. But what they really did was make every single person in the room feel like the most important one there.

Every detail was there. The lace gown. The blush and green. Rob changed into cream for their introduction. But what I kept coming back to was the reception, the way they danced and talked and stayed fully present with every person there. No corner of that room was untouched by them.

I’ll let the images tell the story itself…

Congrats Heather and Rob on a beautiful wedding day in Lake Forest!
