Before people sign up for our trial, they spend forever wondering if they’re “flexible enough,” “strong enough,” or “fit enough” to try aerial yoga.
Then they finally come to class and say:
“Wait... THAT was so much easier and more fun than I expected!”

At Open Aerial Yoga, we designed our classes for complete beginners. You do not need upper body strength. You do not need yoga experience. You do not need to be flexible.
You just need to show up.
Our soft pink aerial hammocks support your body throughout class, making yoga more accessible while helping you stretch, strengthen, and decompress in a way that’s impossible on the ground.

And here’s the best part...
When you purchase your first class, you’ll receive 2 WEEKS of unlimited Aerial Yoga, Aerial Tricks, and our famous floating Aerial Sound Baths as a bonus.
That means you’ll have plenty of time to:
✨ Try multiple instructors
✨ Explore different class styles
✨ Experience the magic of going upside down
✨ Float in an aerial hammock during our Sunday night Aerial Sound Bath
✨ Discover why so many students become obsessed after their first class
We offer beginner-friendly classes 7 days a week, so finding a time that works is easy.
The hardest part is booking that first class.
After that, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

This weekend Meagan got the chance to fly!!!! 💫🩷♿️ Aerial hammocks support wheel chair users through:

✨Spinal and Joint Decompression: Helping relieve the upper-body tension and tight fascia common from full-time wheelchair use.

✨Lymphatic and Circulatory Flushing: Compression from the hammock, along with its suspended positioning, aids in circulation and deep breathing.

💫Rebuilds Trust and Spatial Awareness: Hammock suspension offers a safe environment to move without the fear of falling backward

💫Pain & Stress Relief: The cocooning environment promotes deep relaxation, ultimately calming the nervous system response. by @open.aerial
