This weekend Meagan got the chance to fly!!!! 💫🩷♿️ Aerial hammocks support wheel chair users through:

✨Spinal and Joint Decompression: Helping relieve the upper-body tension and tight fascia common from full-time wheelchair use.

✨Lymphatic and Circulatory Flushing: Compression from the hammock, along with its suspended positioning, aids in circulation and deep breathing.

💫Rebuilds Trust and Spatial Awareness: Hammock suspension offers a safe environment to move without the fear of falling backward

💫Pain & Stress Relief: The cocooning environment promotes deep relaxation, ultimately calming the nervous system response.

Going into pigeon was SUCH a good stretch and also a reminder that my body is asking for way more stretching and counter-stretching. Between working out and life, I hold so much tension in my fascia, so slowing down, releasing some of that tightness, and giving my body a reset feels so damn good. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨
