POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Ever wonder what our alumni are up to after graduation?

This time we’re checking in with @s.ofey from Digital Ideation. She graduated last summer, continued working on her master project, and also started a job in the field connected to her studies and experience.

During her studies, Sofiia discovered that Digital Ideation is less about coding and more about new ways of thinking, collaborating, and tackling cultural and social issues. She worked with Eco-Social and Service Design, developed interventions, and is now exploring how to scale her project into a startup.

Her studies also helped her understand her strengths in teamwork and research, which she now applies in her professional role.

Hear from her and stay tuned for more alumni stories! taken in HSLU D&K Viscosistadt by @opt.control

Remember the times we used to know everything about toilet paper layers, laundry detergent components, or air freshener fire safety? When was the last time you didn’t bring your phone to the bathroom left alone with your thoughts? 🚽

SCREENS DOWN. PANTS UP. EYES OPEN.
tagline kicked off Option Control — a project aimed at helping people reclaim their digital sovereignty and promoting intentional device use. It then landed on stickers, meant to spark reflection, especially in moments when we’d typically reach for our phones: the bathroom, the office, cafes, or public transport.

Changing behavior always starts with the right question. What follows? We’ll discover soon.

Just try leaving your phone behind next time you head to the bathroom. Feel free to share how did it feel after you reach back to it hahahah 👀

some shots from @agi_open speech w/ @opt.control

was ✨truly honored✨ to be a part of such an event and share the methods, insights, and approaches behind my project journey

Thanks for everyone paved the way for me to stand there, listened, asked questions, gave inputs and shared a stage. I hope I gave some food for thought and questions to think after, reflecting on our own intimate ralationships with tech 👉📱👈

More to come but that’s quite a moment to remember 💚

special thanks to @jiri_oplatek for getting on the stage of Alliance Graphique Internationale the person who never called herself a graphic designer

Happy to open the Option Control project for the world via Werkschau 2024 in @hslu_dfk 💖

Just received a critical evaluation of my MA Digital Ideation thesis project and it’s 9/10 >>> meaning there is still room for improvement and it’s just a starting point for the initiative.

Want to know more before the full digital launch? Come and see during this weekend before we tear this stand apart 🔩
