Four years of Optimum Visuals. 📈

As we celebrate our fourth anniversary, it feels fitting to recognize the person whose vision started it all.

Austan has always had a clear vision for Optimum Visuals: to produce work we’re proud of, help our clients grow, and create meaningful opportunities for the people on the team. Over the last three years, his creativity, ambition, and willingness to keep pushing forward have helped turn that vision into the company Optimum Visuals is today.

A lot of Austan’s work happens behind the scenes, but his impact reaches every part of the company.

What stands out most about Austan is how much he genuinely cares. He recognizes what people are capable of, trusts them to take ownership of their work, and encourages everyone to bring new ideas to the table and grow into new responsibilities. He’s also willing to put in the extra time, step in wherever he’s needed, and work through challenges until a solution is found.

Outside of Optimum Visuals, Austan is a devoted husband and an incredible dad. His family is extremely important to him, and when he isn’t working, he enjoys spending as much time with his wife, Kaela, and daughter, Marley, as he can.

Four years in, Optimum Visuals has grown into something we’re incredibly proud to be a part of, and so much of that comes back to the vision Austan had from the beginning.

Austan, thank you for the leadership, trust, and effort you bring to Optimum Visuals every day. We’re proud of what you’ve built, grateful to be part of it, and excited to see where you take OV next.

A lot of the work Halle does happens behind the scenes, but her impact can be seen throughout Optimum Visuals and in the businesses we have the privilege of marketing for. Halle plays a huge role in keeping our clients consistent, organized, and moving forward. From managing social media and monitoring advertising to coordinating upcoming marketing efforts, reviewing performance, and communicating with our clients every Monday, she’s often the person making sure the strategies we develop actually get executed.

She’s also someone who has never been afraid to step outside of her role when the team needs her. As Optimum Visuals has grown and changed, Halle has stepped up, learned new skills, taken on new responsibilities, and helped us continue moving forward without missing a beat. But what we’re most excited about is the marketer she’s becoming.

She’s developed a strong understanding of our clients, what makes their businesses unique, and how we can consistently put them in front of the right people. Many of the campaigns, strategies, and marketing efforts our clients rely on each month are successful because of the work Halle is doing behind the scenes.
Her organization and consistency help make Optimum Visuals better, but even more importantly, they help make our clients better.

Outside of work, Halle enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Tristan, her friends and family, and her dogs.
