We are delighted to welcome one of the absolute greatest to ever do it: Mr. Danny Howells, as our "All Nite Long" birthday guest. 👌❤️

Best known for his iconic mix compilations for Global Underground, Balance, and Renaissance, and his legendary extended 12hr+ sets at residencies at venues such as Twilo, Bedrock, and Cream, Danny is the ultimate DJ's DJ. We can't thank him enough for flying in to help us celebrate 26 years of Shindigs.

Danny plays open-to-close, from 10:00 PM until late.

Tickets go on sale Monday at 10:00 AM. We expect these to sell out fast.🎟️

Essential info:ℹ️

Last entry is strictly 11:00 PM.

This event is 21+

We operate a strict no-phone policy. A sticker will be placed over your camera upon arrival. This night is for the dancers not for social media influencers.📵

RAFT Music announces the label premiere of Opus Klien, the electronic live project of Dave Lievense and Stephen Porter. While Opus Klien itself is still a young project, both artists are seasoned veterans of the scene, with performances at Berghain, Tresor, Fabric, Rex Club, and The Warehouse Project, and releases on Planet E, R&S, Cocoon, and Tresor under Dave Lievense’s alter ego Psycatron.

Opus Klien’s music captures exactly what RAFT looks for in its artists: a singular, unmistakable signature that doesn’t follow trends but sets its own course. “The Secret” is dreamy yet trippy, plays out the contrast between harmonic pads and warped, twisted sounds, letting the two sit together in a way that feels coherent and homogenous rather than conflicting. It stands as a special closing track and another clear confirmation of Opus Klien’s own musical handwriting.

Release date: 4th of September

Artist: @opusklien
Label: @raft.music

Now available for listening on our SoundCloud - link in bio and story.

We've been sitting on this one for a while now. Just can't quite find a home for it!?

Any suggestions for labels that would be a nice fit? 🤷‍♂️🤔

NB Please help us avoid having to make videos of ourselves making the dinner by interacting if you like our music. Cheers 🤷‍♂️❤️😂 by @opusklien

Stephen here...

Right folks I'm back at Shine alongside the man like Sasha on the 28th November.

These gigs are always extra special and I can't wait as usual :)

With it being 30 years since the release of Northern Exposure (the greatest mix album of all time) this feels like a full circle moment. Hard to believe that time has passed since i was a teenager being transported through the galaxy on the Northern Exposure starship.

I remember clearly dancing in Kellys at the tour for the CD launch completely off my bap thinking I'd love to DJ alongside them boys. Never thought it would ever happen. Since I've played with them at Shine loads, Kelly's loads, The Bunker, Tooban and even with Sasha in Malin Head.

No doubt there will be a big squad from Derry attending so please come and join us. It's not often i get to see the heads these days and I've loads of new music already gathering to play.

Anyway enough of my emotional pish, grab a ticket and come join us. Make a night of it and book a hotel 🤗🤗🤗

Excited to let you all know our Aether EP on the wonderful @sprechenmusic is out on Monday 28th September. We had a lot of fun making this one! 🥳

We've uploaded clips of two of the tracks, let us know what you think ❤️

Here's what the label had to say about it 💬

Hot on the heels of their previous hot as heck outing on Sprechen with their Inhale E.P. we welcome back the Opus Klien guys with a follow up that is packing even more straight up yessmate action for those that like the duff-duff dance floor flavours. The Aether E.P. blasts into action with Feel c64. A no nonsense hypnotic slice of twisted tougher edged Italo licked house action which makes use of one of 'those' vocal samples that will have the seasoned raver crying into their bottle of water. Absolute stomper of a cut! Circling follows up and is one of those perfect cuts to drop mid set when you want everyone to have a horizontal breather. Moody melodies playing off a funk infused synth pattern leads way for a mutant style Stevie Wonder squelchy jam all the while backed with some serious feet stamping. Biggie! Psycho With Drum Machine (Mainframe) ends the party and is a fully fledged, hands aloft style clubber that sounds like a long lost brother of the best of Krystal Klear. 80's inspired synth hits with big energy filled throbbing bass and a hook as heck vocal which will have some of you scratching your head as to where you have heard it before. Big tackle from the guys. by @opusklien
