Last week marked the end of a two year journey through an entirety of a half an hour concert on something I have worked on especially intensively in the last few months. I think as a musician, it was challenging enough to present something that you have been working on and off for over 12 months, from hearing a thousand version of the same piece yourself, to finally performing a single; complete; and final version that everyone will see(and ill have to admit i was DYING hours before the concert). And as every musician will experience, there is really no perfection in any work that you tackle, much same with this concerto. From this work, it was most unforgettable in the fact that on this journey, I was accompanied by my close friends, teachers and families, people I look up to and many more. I want to give my final thanks everyone that came and didn’t, because your support and encouragement made this concert different than any other for me.
