This Pizza Protects Farmland 🍕 🌾

This fall, we’re partnering with @ranchpdx for a very special, limited-edition Cheers to the Land pizza, available at their SE 11th location starting today!

Celebrating locally-grown ingredients from across Oregon and the PNW, this pizza features @carmanranch beef braised in @unionwinecompany Underwood Pinot, topped with cremini and oyster mushrooms.

Proceeds from every pie goes towards our work to keep farmers farming, and ranchers ranching.

Oregon farmland is under threat.

We're on a mission to protect it with Cheers to the Land🌾🍻

Cheers is an annual campaign of @oregonagtrust that brings Oregon farmers and brewers together to celebrate Oregon-grown ingredients that protect farmland conservation efforts across the state.

This year, you can enjoy a fresh hop West Coast IPA from @deschutesbreweryportland featuring fresh mosaics from @westwood_farms_ in Gervais, which focuses on regenerative farming practices that nurture the soil for generations to come.

You can try this specialty brew and over a dozen others at the @johnsmarketplace Beer Fest this Saturday!

Something special just hit the tap list at both locations..

Introducing — Cheers to the Land 🌾🍻

Every year we brew something new in collaboration with the Oregon Agricultural Trust to support their work with farmers and ranchers to protect Oregon farmland.

For this year’s version, we fittingly brewed a Filbert Stout. A roasty, rich table stout that features Oregon’s iconic state nut and pays homage to the history of our own farm — a once active filbert operation (soon to be replanted with innovative rootstock developed by the plant breeding program at OSU over the course of 20+ years.)

Come enjoy this delicious brew fireside on the farm or pair it with some BBQ at the W&P bar & music hall. 🤎 by @oregonagtrust
