One of the most incredible experiences that I created with @by_rinae was a meditative listening experience that incorporated a breathing technique tuned to the piano, followed by space to listen. Rinae played the grand piano while I fused in sound instruments. The goal was to get everyone into the present moment and experience something unique.

We didn’t want yoga mats for this event but invited everyone to lay on rugs designed by aboriginal artist Judy Watson that evoke a sense of physical energy, light, water, air, and heartbeat.

We finished the event with a meditative tea sipping from the incredible @organicmerchant taken in Australia by @organicmerchant

Our Spring Green Juice combines cucumber, celery, green apple, spinach, lemon, ginger and mint for a fresh, vibrant blend that's as nourishing as it is refreshing. Rich in hydration from water-dense vegetables, vitamin C from lemon, antioxidants from leafy greens, and digestive support from ginger and mint, it's a simple way to replenish and revitalise from the inside out.

A gentle note: while many green juice recipes include kale, we prefer spinach for a milder flavour and smoother finish. If kale is one of your favourites, lightly blanching it before juicing can make it gentler and easier to enjoy.
