Meet @organicmerchant, the loose leaf tea blends in your hamper.

Quality, taste and function are core values with each of their products, from their unique Australian Outback Chai blend to their Moroccan Mint Green Tea.
Their commitment to the planet is woven throughout their business, from the use of organic ingredients to their sustainable packaging.

Their loose leaf teas are wrapped in biofilm, a compostable alternative to the plastic mesh most tea bags still use. It's the same thinking behind our own packaging: if it touches your hamper, it shouldn't end up sitting in landfill for decades.

Swipe through for how it's made.

Shop the link in bio.

One of the most incredible experiences that I created with @by_rinae was a meditative listening experience that incorporated a breathing technique tuned to the piano, followed by space to listen. Rinae played the grand piano while I fused in sound instruments. The goal was to get everyone into the present moment and experience something unique.

We didn’t want yoga mats for this event but invited everyone to lay on rugs designed by aboriginal artist Judy Watson that evoke a sense of physical energy, light, water, air, and heartbeat.

We finished the event with a meditative tea sipping from the incredible @organicmerchant

A little cacao ritual from our winter retreat 🤎

Organic Merchant so generously gifted enough cacao for our entire retreat group to share together, and then gave each guest more to take home in their gift bag along with a special discount code.

It was such a beautiful addition to the weekend: something warm and comforting to enjoy together, and a little piece of the retreat ritual for everyone to continue at home.

I’m so grateful to the brands who helped make our retreat gift bags, and the whole experience, feel so special.

Thank you, @organicmerchant 🤎

Last night reminded me why every detail matters when I host.

Before anyone walked through the door I was thinking about the scent in the room. The lighting soft enough to signal to your nervous system that it is safe to slow down. The way the space was laid out. The tea at the close chosen to bring everyone back to the world gently rather than all at once.

Your nervous system reads a room before you do. Before I have said a single word. The light, the smell, the temperature, the way a space feels when you walk in. All of it is sending your body a signal. Safe or not safe. Rest or stay alert.

This is what I mean when I talk about sensory wellness. It is not just what happens in the session. It is everything around it.

And you can create this at home too. It does not have to be elaborate.

One candle. A scent you associate with calm. Soft lighting instead of overhead. Phone in another room. A warm drink in both hands.

Small signals. Big difference.

Your environment is either helping you rest or stopping you from it. Design it on purpose.

Moments from last night at our deep rest session. Sound bowls around the head and ears for brain entrainment. Perfect for busy minds. Then placed on the body for a sound vibrational massage.
The chakra tea blend by @organicmerchant was served bringing everyone back into the space.
Deep scenery by @dracena_cosmetic was the chosen scent for the space, picked from my travels to Seoul for you.

I wish I could transmit the feeling of this space through your phone.

This video by @abbycryer comes the closest….

It’s hard to explain what happens in this room.

People arrive carrying the week with them. Busy minds. Tight shoulders. Holding more than they realise.

Then, little by little, something shifts.

The room gets quieter.

Breaths get deeper.

Faces soften.

You can almost feel everyone remembering themselves.

It’s one of my favourite parts of what we do.

Because we get to witness what happens when people are finally given permission to feel.

This was our last Community Nervous System Ritual, captured so beautifully by Abby Cryer and sponsored by @organicmerchant

As we head into our second birthday, I’ve found myself reflecting on the vision we had when we first imagined this place.

We wanted it to feel like an exhale.

Like somewhere you could put everything you’re carrying down and not only give your body a chance to speak, actually listen.

Like somewhere your nervous system knew it was safe before a single word was spoken.

That’s why every detail matters.

The colours.

The textures.

The lighting.

The music.

The scent.

The energy.

None of it exists by chance.

Everything was chosen with one hope…

That people wouldn’t just walk into a beautiful space.

They’d feel something.

So when people tell us,
“This is where I come to feel held”
“This is my safe space”
“My body settles the second I step into the room”

We smile (and get a little teary)

Because that’s the feeling we set out to create!

And if you know Manifestors, nothing makes them happier than when their vision they can’t fully explain lands.
