ORIGIN Breads bakes small batches of naturally leavened and long fermented sourdough breads with organic grains grown and stone milled in Wisconsin.

Tuesdays are for retail (until 3pm) and the @madison_eastside_market (4-7pm at McPike Park). There are only three Tuesday markets left this season so come see us.

Wednesdays are for pizzas. We’ll be serving from 5-8pm. Check the link in bio to view this week’s market specials. Ean will make some delicious dessert for the pastry case and our friends @giantjonesbrewing will be serving up the finest beverages in town.

Beat the rain forecast for this weekend and come stock up on baked goods today. We have our full range of breads, bagels, focaccia, granola and a selection of pastries. We’re open until 3pm on Fridays.

For Saturday we are still planning on being at the @danecofm but if it is storming early we may delay our set up time. The bakery will be open from 8am-1pm with pastries and breads.

Rain or not, all of your local producers and farmers still have goods to sell so please get out and support them as you can. We appreciate you all.

Please take note: We will be closed next week (8/16-24) for our annual summer break. We love baking for you all but it’s tiring work and everyone is going to step away and join another reality for a week. All regular activities (baking, retail, deliveries, pizza nights, markets) will resume on Tuesday, 8/25.

We are still open for retail today and tomorrow (Friday/Saturday) amd we’ll be at the @danecofm on 8/15 rain or shine. Please come see us and stock up for our week off (everything freezes well). We are also stocking all store shelves today.
