This photo says one thing very clearly: PRESSURE LOOKS GOOD ON US.

Full house lunch. No breaks. Straight into dinner service. From 4PM to 11PM — packed. A la carte and degustation running side by side like a perfectly choreographed dance.

And not a single crack in the system.

What I see here isn’t just a team in black uniforms. I see discipline. I see composure. I see people who understand timing, trust, and tempo. When the tickets don’t stop printing and the dining room is full of expectations, this crew doesn’t panic — they lock in.

Valentine’s at Bell+Amadeus is never light work. It’s precision under pressure. It’s heart behind every plate. It’s service that has to feel effortless even when it absolutely isn’t.

Proud doesn’t even cover it. To stand beside people who can handle heat, volume, complexity — and still smile for a photo at the end of it? That’s rare.

This is what teamwork looks like when excellence is the standard! taken in Bell+Amadeus by @osabelchimebell

Taiwan International Open Jiu Jitsu Championship. Podium secured.
Different flags ( 5 from 🇹🇼, 1 from 🇺🇸, and 1 from 🇵🇭) same grind. Respect to everyone who gave it all and left it all on the mats. 🥇🥈🥉 taken in National Taiwan University Sports Center by @osabelchimebell

I’m coming for the Taiwan International Open No-Gi Championship with a heart steady!

This isn’t just a competition. It’s months of showing up, tapping, and learning.

Fueled by @dietinabox . Win or learn — either way, birahan!

Last hard round before comp this Sunday.
Grateful for these two - pushing me further, sharpening edges, and reminding me what brotherhood in training really means. Win or learn. Either way, birahan! Always! by @osabelchimebell

3 Years of Bell+Amadeus!

Still feels like yesterday we were setting tables for the very first time.

Three years in, and what a ride it’s been. From laughter that echoed across booths to spontaneous wine toasts, from quiet dinners to birthday candle wishes — every single moment we’ve shared with you has kept B+A alive and beating.

We didn’t build Bell+Amadeus just to serve food. We built it to feel like home. And the truth is: you made that happen.

Thank you for showing up. For trusting us with your milestones. For letting us be part of your stories.

Here’s to more late-night conversations, more flavors we can’t wait for you to try, and more memories waiting to be made — together.

With all our hearts,
From our home to yours —
Cheers to you, to us, and to what’s next. taken in Bell+Amadeus by @osabelchimebell
