2026 OCB Windy City Natural 💨

Took home some dubs, learned a lot, met some great people, and had a hell of a time with my guys.

More than anything, weekends like this remind me why I love coaching. Watching athletes bring months of work to the stage, hold their own against great competition, and walk away better than they came in is what it’s all about.

We’re already looking ahead to next year… (we’re coming for some pro cards)

Extremely proud of my guy and how far he’s come since we started this journey.

Improvements across the board physically, but what I’m most proud of is how much he’s grown as a young man and as an athlete throughout this prep.

He stepped into a stacked Men’s Physique lineup and absolutely belonged up there. Youngest guy outside of the Teen division to place in all the other classes, with a ton of room left to grow.

The future is bright. This offseason is about to get wicked.

Had the privilege of working with Matt on his posing, presentation, and routine heading into the show.

Dude stood his own against a stacked lineup of talented bodybuilders and brought a level of presentation that matched the physique.

Seriously impressive showing and, in my opinion, a pro-caliber physique.
