“Nothing compares to squats. You can do leg presses, but why? Why do inferior movement, why do a movement that looks good but produces hardly any results.” - Tom Platz 🦵

Thank you @kiingt3o for the beautiful mural! I’m sure tom platz would be proud. Doing leg days in the leg room will never feel the same again from here on out….

The team at Crumb N Get It is now taking orders for September!

This month we’re keeping it classy with some traditional fall flavors.

Cinnamon Roll w/ Cream Cheese topping and Apple Crumble. We’ll also have our OG Banana and Chocolate chip.

We’ll be selling @thekagegym September 10 and 11.

We’re working on a system to take orders as well, stay tuned for that!

“But I lost 50+ lbs heading into the show” proud of myself for doing that, but putting on the best package on stage is what matters the most! My coaches @osacoaching and @posewithkev have their absolute best and did a phenomenal job, I just really wanted to compete at this specific show
