120 KM. P2 (30-39 Age Cat) 🥈

Coming into this race underprepared caught up with me fast. I had more falls than I’d like to admit when confidence dropped, bonked so hard, and my nutrition and navigation plans completely went out the window again. 🙈

Luckily, my support system held everything together! Huge thanks to @bikewrenchph for keeping the bike 100% ready, even if I was not. 😂 @thepr_project team for building a solid S&C foundation that helped me push through even after missing two weeks of classes… and many intervals. And finally, knowing @pat_racho was waiting at the finish line was the exact motivation I needed to get it done. 🥰

Exhausted, but grateful for the bonus podium finish. Bawi na lang next year? 👀🥴 taken in Nueva Ecija by @osix.cycling

This month‘s track read brings us to Cabanatuan and Gapan for the upcoming @attck.unrstrktd Monsoon.

Roads, mud, rocks, mud, puddles, and more mud await you in the 80km route, hopefully the track conditions get better as race day approaches. If not, ganun talaga. Monsoon nga eh!

Pedal when you can, walk when you can, carry your bike if you can, just keep going and get to the end.
