Recently got to celebrate the Birthday of one of the coldest Keyboard players to ever do it in @tnavamusic & I must say his Bday turnup was epic with a 🔥 jam session that popped off hosted by @anderson._paak! Met this brother originally so many years ago doing random spot gigs with the @supalowerybros when I would freestyle with them back in the day, just happy for everybody's success! #jamsession #freestyle #openmic #hiphop #jazz #livemusic #hollywood by @osmithus

Its been a minute since I tapped in to who I really am, so this morning I had to take FLIGHT one good time on this music production gift with a #freestyle flow to follow..... I co-host @flightschoolopenmic every Wednesday & this is what it's really all about, trusting & allowing your gifts to grow, fuck the fear & procrastination, it's time to truly be who WE all are! Who else is down to dust off something special about yourself???? #beyourtrueselfchallenge taken in Flight School Open Mic by @osmithus
