A moment from the @otroladobevco popup last month. These 5-course tasting dinners are prepared specially by winemaker LJ Brimfield and include a pairing of wine, sake, or both.

Reserve your spot now for the upcoming dinner on Fri 2/13 at the link in @otroladobevco's bio. taken in 109 Salmon by @otroladobevco

Hiyaku 9.13.25

@hiyaku_pdx | @chef_sam_saltos | @otroladobevco | @sakedesupdx

Just a wee bit late sharing this one (whoops). Hiyaku is incredible! An intimate 8-seat dining experience, Sam crafts the most amazing menus, with wine by Otro Lado and sake from Sake Desu. *Highly* recommend checking them out!!
