⛳️ | Awesome day. The fellas competed at “The Trojan” Invitational this afternoon hosted by Findlay High School and the Findlay Country Club. Our guys shoot a team score of 346 - finishing 11th overall.

Evan Altenburger leads our guys today - getting around the course with a 77 (+5) and logging a Top-10 - finishing T8 overall.

Thank you to Findlay Country Club, its membership, and Findlay High School for allowing us the opportunity to compete and walk such a beautiful + challenging property. Incredible place to play some golf.

⛳️ | A BIG night for our BIG GREEN.

The fellas shoot a team score of 145 (+5) earlier this evening at the Delphos Country Club - breaking our 9-hole program record and earning two “W’s” over Miller City (173) and Fort Jennings (186). The guys improve to 10-0 in the Putnam County League.

Our team score of 145 breaks the 9-hole record that stood for 45 years at 146 - and was recorded in 1981 by Dave Kortokrax, Scott Schimmoeller, Terry Kortokrax and Kevin Swint.

🏆 | For the 18th time in our program’s history - our guys are the Putnam County League Champions.

A lot to be proud of. Congratulations to our guys. Not always easy along the way - but TOGETHER this group has accomplished a big program goal. We shoot a team score of 311 (+23) on Friday to get the job done. Well done, fellas.

Learning how to COMPETE to earn a desired outcome is important. It’s the purpose of sport. However, those connections with others and building friendship through sport is equally as important - and maybe even more so.

Looking around our Putnam County courses this Summer and Fall, there wasn’t a day that went by where kids weren’t out at the course working on learning the game, improving upon necessary skills, COMPETING, and building friendships with one another.

Really cool to see all that work, competition, and friendship on display when the biggest competitions come around in late September and October. Always wanting to be one shot better - but always supporting one another along the way, too.

⛳️ | Monday from the D3 OHSAA State Championship is complete from the NorthStar Golf Club. We hold the 4th spot after the opening day, shooting a team score of 318 heading into Tuesday’s Final Round - only 4 back of second.

Reid Miller leads the way for our guys on Day 1 - getting around in 74 (+2) to hold the 7th spot individually. Evan Altenburger also holds a spot in the Top-20 - securing the 17th spot with a 78 (+6).
