Remember Khodu Feni? Ouro is our take on it. Infused with spices like back in the days, with our own proprietary mix straight from the farm.

The distillation techniques remain traditional, passed from my grandfather to my father, and we continue using the old methods to produce it in small batches.

The cashew fruit is really special. At every stage it is cherished. First the roasted seeds, then the cashew juice called Niro, followed by the first distillate Urrak and finally - Feni.

The juice is so seasonal that feni makes it a really good way to enjoy the flavours for years! Ouro, with local spices infused, is a well rounded feni!

Three series. One backer.

Unaccompanied. The Classics. The Grateful Dead Tribute Festival. Ouro has stood behind all three — no notes, no conditions, no ask to make the music more marketable.

Then they did something nobody asked for. They built the bar menu around the setlist.

Fire on the Mountain. Steal Your Face. Scarlet Begonias. Sunshine Daydream — for the Dead nights.
Sympathy for the Devil. Stairway to Heaven. Purple Haze. Welcome to the Jungle — for Rock Revival.

Same spiced feni underneath. Different set of songs on top. Somebody in that kitchen actually knows the records. What say @Ashok
