上高地をスタートし、パワースポットとして知られる明神池を通り、徳沢園では美味しいピザでひと休み🍕

下山中の[バンザイ登山隊員]賀代さんと
嬉しい遭遇💙テント泊装備で｢パノラマコース｣を降りられる健脚強者💪
ご挨拶とハグ🫂でお別れ。

さらに横尾大橋を渡り、そこから本格的な登りへ。

重いテント泊装備を背負いながら、一歩一歩、涸沢カールを目指しました。

長い道のりと重い荷物に疲れたけれど、辿り着いた先に待っていたのは、息をのむほど美しい北アルプスの絶景。

この景色を見れば、すべての苦労が報われる。🏔️🍁

北アルプス、涸沢カール。
燃えるようなモルゲンロートに染まる山々と、息をのむほど美しい紅葉。
重いテント装備を担ぎ、何度も足を止めたくなるほどの道のり。
それでも、この景色を目の前にした瞬間、すべての辛さが報われた。
苦労して登ったからこそ、心に刻まれる景色がある。
この瞬間に出会うために、また山に登りたくなる。🍁⛰️

My first ascent of Mount Iwate. 🏔️

After the volcanic alert level was lowered, we were finally able to complete the spectacular O-Hachi Meguri — the crater rim traverse around the summit.

Mount Iwate, standing at 2,038 meters, is one of the iconic mountains of Iwate Prefecture and is often called the “Mt. Fuji of Iwate.” Its beautiful symmetrical shape and powerful volcanic landscape have long captured the hearts of climbers and locals alike.

Walking around the crater rim, surrounded by vast skies and dramatic volcanic scenery, was an unforgettable experience.

My first time on Iwate-san — and a summit adventure I’ll never forget.
The mountains were calling, and I was finally there. 🏔️✨

初めて登る岩手山

岩手山の噴火警戒レベルは
2026年（令和8年）8月27日に
レベル2からレベル1へ引き下げられ
火口周辺規制が解除され
御鉢巡りが出来ました⛰️

盛岡の街から見えるその雄大な姿は
昔から多くの人々の心に刻まれてきた
「ふるさとの山」

石川啄木も汽車の窓から
遠くに岩手山を望み
こんな歌を詠んでいます

「汽車の窓はるかに北にふるさとの山見え来れば襟を正すも」

故郷の山が見えた瞬間
思わず襟を正す――
その言葉には岩手山への敬意と
ふるさとへの深い想いが込められているように感じます

今回、初めてその頂に立つことができました

長い年月を越えて啄木が見つめた
「ふるさとの山」を
自分の足で歩き、その頂から眺める⛰️

山頂に立った瞬間
岩手山がただの「山」ではなく
岩手の人々の心に寄り添い続けてきた特別な存在なのだと感じました

憧れていた岩手山
その頂に立てたことに心から感謝🏔️

⛰️ Mt. Himekami — My First Summit
A new mountain.
A new summit.
And a view that took my breath away.
Standing at 1,124 meters, I was surrounded by an endless 360° panorama, with the magnificent Mt. Iwate rising beyond the horizon.
Some summits are not just about reaching the top.
They are about the moment you stop, look around, and realize how incredible this world is.
One summit. One unforgettable view.

岩手県盛岡市へ帰省する山仲間と、念願だった山旅へ⛰️
今回は初めて登る「姫神山」と「岩手山」。それぞれ違った表情を見せてくれる山を、一緒に歩けたことが本当に嬉しかった。
山頂からの景色を眺め、歩きながら語り合い、時には励まし合いながら登る時間。そして下山後は、盛岡市内で美味しいものを囲んで乾杯🍻
山を登る楽しさはもちろん、一緒に歩いた仲間と過ごす時間もまた、山旅の大切な思い出。
初めての姫神山、初めての岩手山。そして盛岡の夜。
最高の仲間と過ごした、忘れられない岩手の山旅になりました。
またいつか、この山々を一緒に歩こう！⛰️✨
岩手山、早池峰山と並ぶ「北奥羽三霊山」の1つです。
日本二百名山」や「新・花の百名山」に選ばれており、山頂からは360度の眺望が楽しめます。

八ヶ岳連峰の最高峰　
日本百名山一つ｢赤岳｣2.899m
8月23日～24日　一泊二日
初めて八ヶ岳を登る山トモさんを
ご案内しました。

美濃戸口ルートの赤岳山荘駐車場から
北沢コースに入り山小屋｢赤岳鉱泉｣(2.220m)の檜風呂で汗を流し
ビールで乾杯🍻
赤岳鉱泉ならではのステーキの晩ご飯
朝食はアジの干物と山小屋の食事を楽しんでいただきました。

自然は天気予報通りにはならない物で
初日は午後から夜まで大雨🌧️
翌朝の赤岳登頂日は、朝から雲一つ無い
快晴で、まずまずのスタート🎵
カモシーの待つ｢行者小屋｣が
最初の目標です🎵
ここは、八ヶ岳の思い出を作る撮影スポットですね📸

文三郎尾根を登り始めると八ヶ岳北部から
雲の大群が押し寄せ、みるみるうちに
八ヶ岳南部は雲に覆われてしまいます
今回も山頂からの展望は望めそうも有りません。
その様な状況でも山トモさんは
テンションを下げる事無く
階段・梯子・岩場・鎖場を一生懸命登って行きます

初めての八ヶ岳で最高峰の｢赤岳｣登頂
おめでとうございます⛰️🎉
雲に覆われた山頂からは景色は見えず
真っ白な世界でしたが☁️
大きな達成感に包まれた事でしょう
山も挑戦！人生も挑戦！
どちらも辛いけど楽しむ心を忘れず
乗り越えて生きましょう💙

Took the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route to Murodo and completed the traverse hike of the Tateyama Three Peaks (Mt. Oyama, Mt. Onanjiyama, and Mt. Fujinooritate)! ⛰️🥾The views from the ridge lines were absolutely breathtaking. Hard work, but totally worth it! Swipe to see the beautiful alpine scenery ✨
This time, I invited my mountain buddies to Tateyama and played the role of guide! 🏔️🥾
