POSTS STORIES REELS

We miss simpler times because we’ve stopped doing things just for the joy of it. Everything has become purpose oriented or tracked. 10k steps, our cycles, water intake, sleep scores. What ever happened to enjoying time outside because it made us feel free?

When was the last time you left your phone at home and went for a walk? Personally, I love a good run through a field barefoot, just sayin’.

If this resonates, check out episode 3 of my new podcast, Overshare Loading, Pause for the Plot.

The psychology behind Episode 2 of Overshare Loading, in 8 slides. 🧠

If you’ve been feeling stuck, waiting for a sign, or wondering what comes next… this one’s for you.

Save this for the days you need the reminder. 🤍

Episode 2: LIVE now 🔋👀

You’ve been waiting to feel ready.

But what if waiting to feel ready is the very thing keeping you stuck?

You don’t need more certainty. You need to start before you have it.

Today is a good day for a small change.

Plot twist: motivation doesn’t always come before action. Sometimes, it shows up AFTER you start.

Stop waiting for the perfect mood, the perfect plan, or the perfect version of yourself.

Take the first step. Let the momentum catch up🔋😏

You don’t have to change your entire life today.

One small action. One tiny win. A little more belief in yourself.

Repeat until your life starts to feel different.

Small steps count, especially on the days when they’re hard 🤍✨

Sometimes, when we are struggling, our worlds starts to get smaller.

We cancel the plans. Avoid the calls. Put things off. Stop doing the things that used to make us feel like ourselves.

Start small. Reconnect with one person. Step outside. Do one thing you’ve been avoiding.

You don’t have to rebuild your whole world overnight. Just start opening it back up 🫶🥹

You can spend so much time thinking about your anxiety that you never actually move forward.

Overthinking every possibility. Rehearsing every outcome. Waiting until nothing feels scary… surprise! It might always feel scary AND you can do it scared!! (Overshare: I’m doing it scared right now)

Sometimes, the next step isn’t another hour in your head. It’s one small action in the real world.

You don’t need to feel fearless to move 🤍

BE BRAVE W ME 🫂

So you’ve realized something isn’t working. Now what?

Because the realization is one thing. Actually doing something about it? That’s where it gets interesting.

We’re talking about the messy middle: what happens AFTER the epiphany, when you know something needs to change but have no clue where to start.

A little something to call you out (with love) 😏

Save this for the next time you convince yourself you’ll start tomorrow.

Episode 2 is basically your sign to stop playing with your own potential.

F*ck around nd find out!!

You don’t need another sign. You need to do the thing.

The job, the move, the conversation, the idea you can’t stop thinking about. Whatever it is you keep waiting to feel ready for.

At some point, you have to stop looking for permission to change your life and give yourself permission to try.

This is your sign to stop looking for signs & start to act 🤍

I don’t make the rules ✨

Doing unconventional things because you believe you are destined for something more or different than what you currently have… IS HOT.

Where to start:

• Take inventory. Your life is a receipt. Look at where your time and energy actually go. The patterns will show you what’s draining you and what’s lighting you up.

• Give yourself permission to not have it figured out, then take one step this week. Not the five-year plan. One call, one application, one honest conversation.

• Stop asking “what do you do for work?” Start asking “what do you do for joy?” and build from the answer.

Tonight at midnight. Episode 2. “You want more. Now what?”

Episode 1 was the questioning. This one is what comes after. for everyone standing in the “okay, but what do i actually do about it” part.

No five-step plan. Just what I actually did.

See you at midnight 🎙️👀

Networking tips I wish I knew before my figuring-it-out era:

1. Lead with what lights you up, not your job title. “What do you do for joy?” is a better question anyway.

2. Stand 10 toes down in who you are. You don’t owe anyone an explanation or a five-year plan. Figuring it out, is a valuable place to be.

3. You don’t have to be understood. Believe in what you’re doing and keep going regardless of outside noise.

4. Protect your peace. Not every room deserves your energy and usually the wrong room, will take your energy away. Pick spaces where you don’t have to perform.
