On November 5, DINNER PARTY returns for VOL. 3, bringing together four chefs, seven exceptional wines and a little culinary mischief.

Featuring chefs JP Dublado, Junell Mission, Francis Martinez and Laetitia Chrapchynski of Francine’s.

Joining the party? Virginia Willcock, Chief Winemaker at Vasse Felix, bringing a taste of Margaret River, Australia, to Calgary.

Five courses later, we could have sworn we were somewhere in the Spanish countryside.

For Vol. 2 of our dinner series, we welcomed @bodegasriojanas to Oxbow for a night inspired by Rioja.

Guest Chef Jeremy Ouellette joined us in the kitchen ahead of the opening of @saintvyyc, while Margot Lopez took us through the wines, stories and history of Bodegas Riojanas.

Spain came to Kensington for the night.

We’re already setting the table again.

Volume 1 of our Dinner Series went Down Under, and our team went all in.

For the first Oxbow Dinner Series, we dug into the bold, unconventional character of Hugh Hamilton Wines and built five courses to match.

Special guest Mary Hamilton joined us at the table, pouring family stories alongside the wine and giving us a glimpse into generations, personalities and very good decisions behind each bottle.

Five Courses, Five Wines, and a few stories that get better with every glass.
