They’re heeeeeerrrrre. 📻🔈🎧📳 @skyspidersfly appropriately taking flight on all hallows eve, samhain, etc. This isn’t as much as a spooky album as it is a resonant piece of art, reflecting spooky times back out at the world, and transforming those vibes into new, furious energy. Join @kparentart and @mr_seemore as they embark upon the moody realm of ‘Slept Dawn’. by @oxilleryrecordings

“They call us weeds, they don’t like the way we grow. Try to cut us down, say we’re tryna take control - we’re only growin’; diggin’ in the dirt. Pushin’ through the garbage and the murk. We’re in your backyard, we’re at your school. We’re in your hood, wearin’ the truth. We are growin’ through the pain and despair - but we are dandelions, and we are everywhere. by @oxilleryrecordings

Live music and conversation from the studio full of salty sweets. It’s free, so folks who are staying in and/or low on funds can join with no worries. We’ll just be directing those who can to the donation link for the Neighbors Helping Neighbors ICE Relief Fund. A flier featuring purple and pink images of Kat Parent, KTM aka Guante, and SEE MORE PERSPECTIVE performing live in the background, with light blue and black images of the three of their cutie faces front and center. The flier reads, “Salt Sounds, 3.7, 7pm

A Virtual ICE OUT Performance and Fundraiser for the Twin Cities ICE Relief Fund.

(Written in graffiti hand style lettering) Secret Rivers, SkySpiders & the Imperceptible Web, and Instrumental Set by SEE MORE PERSPECTIVE”

In MN we don’t need to be nice
We can get salty on the streets to de-ice
Get loud and observe, be cautious, alert
We melt ice with the salt of the earth

Me and @mr_seemore wrote a song over the beat from that scene in Andor where Mon Mothma is spinning around.

As always, it isn’t just about easy references. This writing is meaningful to me, and I hope you’ll check it out - especially if you liked #Andor. Let’s keep making art that is venomous.

The original track is “Niamos! (Morlana Club Mix)” by Nicholas Britell. Video editing by SEE MORE PERSPECTIVE. by @oxilleryrecordings

Hiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!H

From a solidarity love story between hiphop and folk music comes Sky Spiders & the Imperceptible Web to haunt you with raging poetry, dreamy vocals and infectiously danceable apocalyptic beats. SkySpiders combine the styles and approaches of solo artists Kat Parent and SEE MORE PERSPECTIVE to embark on a musical journey through a lush, acapella acoustic electronica mashup of influences over a groovy boom bap foundation. See More’s (he/they) poetry and rap shimmer with fierce Xicane mysticism and nerdy joy. Kat Parent (they/she) bends old folk forms into subversive queer storytelling and juicy harmonies. Together, they are Sky Spiders and the Imperceptible Web, soaring the electronic airwaves with throbbing beats, eerie vocals and salient, heartfelt lyrics. by @oxilleryrecordings
