PH Sessions ♡ Sumud

All proceeds from this session go directly to Sumud!

Sumud, The Finnish Palestine Network, is a non-profit organization working towards the fulfillment of Palestinian human and political rights. Sumud’s values are based upon principles of international law and equality, and its goals are to end Israeli occupation, apartheid and genocide. Intersectionality and collaboration is a fundamental part of Sumud’s work, and the upcoming PH Sessions is an exciting example of that.

PH Sessions XI takes place on the 18th of April at 18:00 in Vallila.

Orvokki
When an emotion is hard to describe, it can be turned into music. Orvokki’s music lets you float away to somewhere else for a moment – into a place where even the most vague difficult feelings can be experienced and processed.

Studying music technology in Berlin, Germany, Orvokki gathers influences from all over the world. Her work is collagelike, with unusual structures and rhythmic surprises intertwining into an electrically pulsating dream.

Felix Alexander Lybeck
Some might know Felix from the band Bad Sauna and his previous soloproject Kuuhullu.

Felix released his first solo album, (amatör), under his birth name in January 2026. The album also features the first songs in Felix’s mother tongue, Swedish.

Felix will perform songs from the album while weaving in improvised and unreleased pieces and fragments.

Visuals for the show will be made by Pietu Arvola.
