Although I know I am inherently a happy person, I’ve had my fair share of struggles with feeling inadequate and insecure.
Perhaps it is an irony but when I was actually detached from the “real world,” it was then that I found the connection to universe again. I felt aligned with who I was, giving a wurst to my lifelong obsession about other people’s opinions of me (and whether I did anyone wrong) and the fear of not being good enough. I know my fight starts again that now I am back home but I am happy to know true me is not lost-it just needs some care and maybe more nature to get lost in.
