I like my sarees pink, my stories colourful, and my women unapologetic. 🌸

I’ve made mistakes. Some of them were fantastic. 😂

Here’s to being soft without being stupid, feminine without being fragile, and fearless even when we’re shitting our pants.

Because darling, I didn’t survive all that to become boring. 💗

Bet you’ve been waiting for this. The Housemaid’s Secret - now in production.

When I heard the recent SNL monologue, I had a LOT of thoughts. And a whole lot of rage. 😇

I go to the gym every day. I wear a sports bra and shorts. I am not a wh0re. I’m a mother of three beautiful children and a faithful wife to a man I love. I’m also a woman who deserves to exist in a gym without having her character reduced to what she’s wearing.

I go to the gym for ME. It’s the one thing I do for myself every single day. I move my body, lift heavy things, work through emotions, remind myself that I’m strong, and show my kids what it looks like to take care of yourself even when life is hard. I fill my own cup so I have more to pour into the people I love. And I know SO many women who do the same.

For so many of us, the gym is our escape. It’s our therapy and our hour to just be. Seeing women being called derogatory, misogynistic names for wearing clothes designed to sweat in, and watching men laugh along, is mind boggling and infuriating. And before you get too lazy to do critical thinking and call me “too sensitive,” ask yourself why we’ve become so desensitized to disrespecting women that this is considered “comedy”.

Women deserve to exist without being demeaned for what they wear or the choices they make for themselves. It’s not funny. It’s lazy comedy and loser behavior.

And you know what… I know damn well Shane isn’t spending much time in the gym, because his arms might look a liiiittle more like mine and all my badass gym girl friends if he were 🤷🏻‍♀️😘
