I’m not trying to mingle when my vibe is off.
I can’t plaster one more fake smile.
And I have no desire to spread this energy.

Constantly fighting this “insta thing”, has weighed down my creativity. Instead of doing my usual (smiling with white knuckles), I’ve decided to ease back just a bit. Protecting myself from a full burnout.

I love the radical truthfullness in this. I feel the same. In real life and on instagram. Since I am on instagram, I have hardly written poems, seems like most of my energy in spend in writing comments. I also disappear from the virtual for several days a row.
