I love teaching but helping a team build trust is always a special experience. Watching a group of coworkers plan, delegate, communicate, complete tasks, and experience their hard work is what most people do unknowingly everyday. I’ve been hosting so many of these events lately. Businesses continue reaching out because the simplest connection for a team is we all bond over food. Historically, cooking is a community task in almost every culture.
