Battle of the forge 3. What a brutal comp. Upper back and traps still feeling it. I placed fourth this year. Tied for 4th really. But it’s way closer to the podium than last years comp. I’m pleased with my progress I’ve made I still have things to work on. Made mistakes that are replaying in my head over and over, but that’s how we learn. Dudes from @southside_strength were strong competition for sure. Congrats to @the_stoic_polemistis and @trevorsiemonsma for making podium and big ole congrats to @trey_godbold_macktruck for winning 1st. @todd_williams_strongman and @sam.williams.strongwoman yall did a fantastic job this year. It was smooth and quickly ran. Thank you to those who came out to support and watch me. Thank you @meighan.ellis for making sure I’ve had plenty of sleep, food, water, all my gear and clothes I needed. Your support is noticed and without it I couldn’t do this. Now we get back to work and make improvements for the next one! Side note. I did PR for weight and reps on the frame. Got 6 with 800 pounds. Also had the fastest fingal fingers time with 14 seconds.
