You have been my companion for 31 years .. Being your mother has been one of the greatest blessings of my life .. My first baby .. with your arrival I got to experience a kind of love that I had never known earlier .. The years just went in a flash.. but my memories are as clear as new … I can still remember your baby smell .. your first glance at me and the perfection with which you drank my milk for the very first time .. Wish you all the happiness in this world and wish you and Nimish get to live a life of your dreams🥰 Thank you for always being there for me and holding on to me when I needed you the most .. You have been a perfect daughter and a wonderful sister and the best friend anyone can ask for .. same way I am sure you will be an awesome wife , and an amazing mom too some day 😍 Happy Birthday My Ammukutty ❤️🥰😍♥️😘

Kodiak 100 by the numbers.

Races rarely go exactly to plan. A huge part of ultrarunning is problem solving, adapting to changes, and rolling with the punches.

While running on constant variable terrain, one of the best ways to stay on track is to target effort pace rather than actual pace. Effort pace accounts for changes in elevation and terrain to estimate what your pace would be on flat ground at the same effort, allowing you to gauge your effort throughout a race.

I finished the 101 miles and 16,000 feet of gain in 18:15:45 with an average effort pace of 9:57 min per mile.

I used the @corosglobal APEX 4 and HRM to track my data.

Taking lessons from every race, always learning, always hungry for more.

"The family are utterly devastated by their loss and are struggling to come to terms with what has happened."

William Chapman, 23, visited Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster on Saturday and was attacked by a tiger after going into the animal's pen. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His family asked for privacy, saying "the publication and circulation of deeply offensive media content is causing them severe distress at an exceptionally vulnerable time".

Footage of the incident has been widely shared on social media, including on Tuesday evening by US President Donald Trump.

Downing Street said people should respect the family's views on sharing footage of the incident, but declined to comment on Trump's decision to post the video.
