What a complete joy to bring 22 of our Clients on a photoshoot retreat to celebrate their transformations…and aging!! Because aging is a GIFT These are Moms. Caregivers. Career Women. All with busy lives and busy schedules that have worked hard to improve their health, fitness and strength for the past 1-3 years. Their ages range from mid 40’s to mid 70’s They came from the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland and Austria to come together as a community and celebrate transformation. The joy and support in the room was palpable Core memories were made!
