With what's going on right now, most seller's are getting 50k+ more than their list price with no home inspections AND waiving appraisal. Can you imagine getting 50k more in your pocket by just literally selling your house as-is?! AND going under contract within a few days?! Cause that's what's happening to the market right now.

Anyways! My Anne Boleyn jacket is done (was done last week but I had no time to post until now 😓)
