This is one of the last photos that was taken from @awesomecons where I got to work the #sca booth with some other baronies. Reflecting on everything that has happened this past weekend I have many mixed emotions. On Monday it was my 10 year anniversary of going to conventions and doing #cosplay. Sometimes one chapter of our life has to close to enjoy the new journey ahead. I have taken a break from cosplay for my own mental health, I decided the joy and happiness I used to have with cosplay no longer existed and for me the SCA gave me that love, happiness, and passion back. The tunic I am wearing was a 3-day build for this convention. It’s based on an 10-11th century viking men’s tunic.
