“Breathe. Feel. Love.”

As our run of #hedwigandtheangryinch shows come to an end I want to take this time to thank @leedsplayhouse @homemcr and all the incredible team, musicians, cast and crew who have worked on this show. Thank you for believing in my vision and working so hard to make this such a special show. It’s been a truly unforgettable experience directing this show and I feel very blessed for this opportunity and to work with such an amazing and talented bunch of people. I am so proud of what we have achieved!

I want to also take this time to thank @stephentrask and @johncameronmitchell for their support but also to say thank you for writing such a wonderful timeless unapologetically queer musical. It’s been amazing being able to put our own stamp on it and create a UK version. I think it’s been exactly what audiences here have needed right now.

And to all the amazing audiences and supporters, the ‘Hedhed’ fans and the Hedwig virgins, everyone who has seen this show and shown this company so much love, thank you! I have been overwhelmed with the reactions, responses and comments we have had. It’s been amazing!

37 shows and 37 standing ovations from incredible audiences! Wow!

Thank you so much! 💜
