✨ How to apply sunscreen ✨
✅ It’s good practise to wear sunscreen everyday regardless of the UV index or the time of the year
✅ Should you wear it indoors? IMO yes, especially if you’re sitting near a window and because realistically even if you are at home you may pop out to the car/to put the rubbish etc so no harm
✅ 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon is enough for you face & neck, that’s approx 2-3 finger lengths
✅ Don’t forget to protect your ears and the backs of your hands as these are common sites for sun damage and skin cancer!

Hi, Iv just bought this sunscreen, can I wear makeup still over the top of this? As the sunscreen feels so thick. But i suppose all sunscreens have that thick texture.

I also apply to back of my neck and hair line (not a lot). I live in South Africa so sun is hectic all year round

Is this also the same for winter time?? The same amount every 2 hours?? Surely not
