I am sharing this to limit the stigma of mental health. If you or a loved one are suffering, I encourage you to seek help. There is a light at the end of every tunnel.

This year has been the hardest year of my life. I hit rock bottom and thought there was no way out. I struggled since March with severe depression and anxiety. For the past 8 weeks I have been in an intensive program to get well. I’m proud to announce today I graduated from my program. Behind me are words my cohort used to describe me throughout my transformation. I am strong, positive and so beyond hopeful for my future. Huge thank you to my family and friends. I would not have been able to get through this journey without your unconditional love and support. I’ll be forever grateful for this opportunity @themhcollective thank you for changing my life.
