From a small town to Forbes India… ❤️🥹 If someone had told the little girl I once was that one day, my journey would be featured in Forbes, I don’t know if I would have believed them. I came from a place where dreams can sometimes feel bigger than the opportunities around you. But somewhere deep inside, I knew I wanted to build something meaningful with my life. The journey wasn’t easy. There were challenges, sacrifices, doubts, and moments when I had to find the strength to keep going, even when the path wasn’t clear. But I kept showing up. I kept learning, growing, and believing that my beginnings would never define my destination. Today, seeing my journey featured in Forbes India feels bigger than an achievement. It’s a reminder of every little step, every difficult season, and every version of myself that refused to give up. I’m still growing. Still learning. Still dreaming. And if my story can inspire even one girl from a small town to believe that she, too, can build something extraordinary, then this journey means so much more to me. I may have started from a small town, but I never wanted my dreams to stay small. 🤍 This is not the end of my story. It’s only the beginning. With a grateful heart, Dr. Shilfa Nigar ❤️ #DrShilfaNigar #ForbesIndia #WomenInspiringWomen #ecoligners #forbes
🩵 ARC + ALC REVIEW 🩵 CHASING SMOKE by @authorpiperrayne Oh, my heart. 🥹 I knew this would be emotional, but I wasn’t prepared for how much I’d feel!! Love after loss, finding yourself again, and taking another chance at happiness… I adored Ansel and Collins. Nearly two years after losing her husband, Collins is still trying to get through each day. Ansel, her late husband’s best friend, is determined to help her start living again. And the way this man shows up!! Yoga, painting, making a fool of himself just to make her smile... I loved him SO much. 🥹♥️ I loved watching Collins reclaim her life and open her heart again. Their friendship slowly becomes something more, with all the guilt and complicated feelings you’d expect. Nothing felt rushed, and her healing always had room. Some revelations broke my heart for her, but there was so much tenderness, laughter, and hope, too. That ending and the bonus chapters…🥹🤌🏻 The female friendships were beautiful, the Mercer brothers continue to be amazing, and the Thermos Crew might just be my favorite side characters EVER!! I love this family so much. And those crumbs about book three… I cannot WAIT!! I did an immersive read, and this audio was EVERYTHING!! 🎧 @connorcrais and @narratormaxine brought all the emotion, chemistry, pain, and heartbreak as Ansel and Collins. With additional narration by Jason Clarke, Callie Dalton, JF Harding, Aaron Shedlock, Stephen Dexter, and Jill Smith, the whole cast was perfection!! Highly recommend listening!! 🩵 🩵 Best friend’s widow 🚒 Firefighter MMC 🩵 Slow burn 🚒 Forbidden romance 🩵 Love after loss 🚒 Friends to lovers 🩵 Small town CHASING SMOKE releases October 15. TNHT Staff: @hausofaaron __________________ Neighbors, a Miami jury found the NFL star Tyreek Hill liable for two counts of battery in a civil trial brought by his estranged wife, Lakeeta Vaccaro. __________________ The jury awarded Vaccaro $500,000 in compensatory damages but did not award punitive damages. Hill was found not liable for the eight remaining claims, which included battery, assault and continuing domestic violence. __________________ During the trial, Vaccaro testified about alleged abuse, claiming Hill pulled her hair and “treated me like I was, just, a man.” Hill denied the allegations, but acknowledged one incident in which he shoved Vaccaro and “created a hole in the wall.” __________________ Following the verdict, Hill hugged one of his attorneys, then looked down and ran his hands through his hair, appearing stressed, before leaving the courtroom. 🎥: @lawandcrime
