I had the privilege to spend time in Raja Ampat with wonderful people on a beautiful liveaboard diving into the most amazing underwater world.

* ½ קילו בשר טחון
* 1 בצל מגורד
* 5 שיני שום כתושות
* חופן פטרוזיליה קצוצה (ותשמרו קצת לאח״כ)
* כוס פירורי לחם
* ביצה
* מעט שמן זית
* כף אבקת מרק
*כפית מלח שטוחה
* כפית מלח, כפית כמון, כפית בהרט
* ½ כפית פלפל שחור

* 3 כוסות מים רותחים
*כף רסק עגבניות
* כף מלח שטוחה
* כף גדושה אבקת מרק
* כף כורכום
* כף שום גבישי
* כפית פלפל שחור
* כפית בהרט
* חופן פטרוזיליה קצוצה

These are the moments where I honestly just want to cry.
And this is only two of my triplets. With Oma there to help.

When both of them scream, it’s almost impossible to calm them down because they keep winding each other up. Twin mamas, you know exactly what I mean!!

And then there’s one more. And the whole time my head is going: is the third one okay?! I just want to give every crying baby all of my attention, and I only have two arms.

This is the reason I don’t like being alone with my babies. I’m so scared that all three will cry at once and I won’t be able to calm them on my own. And every single time, it breaks my heart 💔

Twin mamas and anyone with more than one little one, how do you handle it when they all cry at once?
