I have taken a little hiatus from yoga recently while I recovered from an injury ( which I was just cleared to plank my heart away 🤣 ) and made it my New Year’s resolution to practice more and post more on my YouTube 😍💕💃🏼
Also, funny how much you can get done while the surf is bad. We’ve had some weather ☔️ these past few weeks so I filmed this video inside, excuse the little kitties running around 🐈🐈‍⬛🐱
