Excited to share a new ✨1 Hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class✨ with you guys! 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️🧘🏼‍♀️
I have taken a little hiatus from yoga recently while I recovered from an injury ( which I was just cleared to plank my heart away 🤣 ) and made it my New Year’s resolution to practice more and post more on my YouTube 😍💕💃🏼
Also, funny how much you can get done while the surf is bad. We’ve had some weather ☔️ these past few weeks so I filmed this video inside, excuse the little kitties running around 🐈🐈‍⬛🐱

Last night we said goodbye to our best friend. Words can’t describe the pain I feel writing this.

When I left for my trip, the last thing I imagined was that Panda wouldn’t be here when I got back. She had a hard week but we thought she was turning a corner. I was only thirty minutes from home when she passed. I’m so grateful Josh was with her so she didn’t go alone.

A little about Panda 🐼 she was the first cat that was truly mine. We adopted her from the shelter during Covid. The moment we walked into her room she jumped into our arms. 🥹 She chose us, and we knew it instantly.

She brought us so much joy, so many laughs, and so much love. She was the kind of cat who greeted you at the door and snuggled you the moment you sat down. She was only 8 years old and I thought I had so much more time with her.

Frankie, Josh, and I will miss her more than words can say. Rest in peace my sweet angel 🖤🐾 by @stagibs

i ♥️ ny
i spent two weeks in new york this winter and had the best time! i got to be with family and friends, celebrate my moms birthday 🎂 , see so many incredible shows, and fully soak in the energy of the city. i walked what felt like a million miles and took some really inspiring classes at broadway dance center ♥️ by @stagibs
