@sonicboomb0x Street Fighter 6 Release Party
I want to thank everyone that came out to celebrate the release of Street Fighter 6. It was really nice seeing everyone again especially after all these years. I also want to thank @sonicboomb0x for inviting me to host again. It was truly a pleasure & honor. I always enjoy attending their events whenever I can and recommend you guys check them out!
The last time I really worked on a cosplay was in 2019. Between the pandemic and life changes I really had no time to work on anything new.
When Street Fighter Duel came out I fell in love with Flame Chun Li's design and gameplay. I honestly did not think that I was going to finish this costume enough for the SF6 release party, but @katsreckless really encouraged and supported me with the construction of this project. She helped me with the armor part of my belt, as well as drafted/cut the design patterns of the costume. Shout-out to @paulscjr for helping me out as well & always supporting me.
I plan on adding upgrades to this cosplay and bringing it to EVO in August! โ๏ธ
P.S. Don't mind the watch on my ankle! I'm tracking my steps all month for a "Steps Challenge" for work ๐
