K-9 Doug

First and foremost, Thank you to everyone, for the amazing support that we have received throughout the past 15+ years with the @manchester_nhpd K-9 unit as well as the last 5 years of our 1K @swimwithamission. Secondly, this years 1K Swim was a tough one as it was the last time @k9doug162 will be doing anything with any connection to his job as a Police Dog due to retirement. After this years Swim Dougie will be officially transitioning into a “house pet” (I use that term loosely). The group photo you see is the last for us in the K-9 Unit. As I move into the Detective division and Dougie moves into his new position in “home defense”. This year Dougie and I were able to beat our previous fundraising goal and raise over $5200 for @swimwithamission which we could not have done without the amazing support of our friends and family, thank you all so much. I wish the K-9 unit continued success as we depart and look forward to learning new skills as I learn the ways of a detective. Thank you Chief, for the last bite upon the completion of our swim!

Thank you ❤️
