3 years agoWhen I was 17 I regularly had bad headaches, I could feel it's INside my skull but the doc looked for bumps or bruises on my scalp. He didn't find anything and first said 'Seems like you don't drink enough water', but me and my mum advocated for me and he sent us to a radiologist for a CT of my head. Long story short: nothing found and I was sent home with no explanation or solution. It always was the same spot, punctual, not the whole head or areas. Later found out by myself I have light migraine attacks and back then had a high bloodpressure, unmedicated and unchecked.
3 years agoI was diagnosed with arthritis in every joint in my body when I was 16, I thought I could get better with the medication. No medication has helped, I'm 18 now and stuck in a wheelchair because it's so bad, it's spread to my chest as well. I feel like I'm dying and honestly sometimes feel like enviting it.

3 years agoYesterday after years of specialists and doctors. I was told that it's most likely physical symptoms from my horrible anxiety. I feel even more helpless because I've been fighting with my anxiety for my entire life. I'm so defeated now. There's nothing I can physically do to stop the pain and discomfort other than fix myself
3 years agoi was always sick as a child, it got much worse after I was about 13 and how nobody even questioned a chronic illness until I was 19 I'll never know. Still have absolutely fuck all clue what's wrong and Dr's dont seem interested, I just keep getting passed from specialty to specialty lol. hope it does get better soon but i hate thinking that I'd have to tell my younger self that it only gets so, so much worse 😭
