Ashely Tebedo

Now that I’ve fully recovered from the physical and emotional whirlwind that is States … LOOK AT THESE AMAZING HUMANS… LOOK AT THEM! I love them. I’m proud of them. I’m glad I get to call them my friends. I’m so lucky to be the one laughing and cheering for every meet, lift, medal, miss, and PR. As the girlie who stayed in marching band get out of gym in high school I never imagined a fitness community like @motorcitybarbellclub would mean so much to me. There’s just not enough words to express my gratitude and love for them.

And as always, the most grateful for @justin.tebedo who allows me to help coach him at meets, learn from him, and grow together!
