Two weeks ago I was in Philadelphia for the the exhibition ‘Ode to Kyoto’ from the always amazing Lisa Congdon (@lisacongdon), organized by The Jaunt (@thejaunt) and hosted by the great people of Paradigm Gallery (@paradigmgs).
Earlier this year Lisa Congdon traveled to Kyoto, after she was originally going to travel there in 2020, but as we all know the world had other plans and we had to wait. Finally, in March of this year, Lisa was able to go and become inspired by this historic and cultural Japanese city.
The trip and her new found inspiration formed the basis for her exhibition featuring original paintings, screenprinted works on fabric and limited edition prints.
The exhibition was hosted by Paradigm Gallery in Philadelphia, marking the third collaborational exhibition between The Jaunt and Paradigm. ❤️
