Before we close out the night, we're sending a little love to heaven for D'Angelo. One year without the man, but never a day without the music.

This special performance marked his return to television after 12 years away and would ultimately become his final performance on the BET Awards stage. A moment in our history we'll cherish forever. His voice, his artistry and the soul he poured into every note left an imprint on music that time could never erase.

Forever in our hearts. Forever in rotation. Rest in peace, D'Angelo 🕊️

meet the ghouls back here next monday to see what this spirit has up its sleeve.

While on @fox32chicago with my friends @tiaontv & @nataliebomkelive, Tia shared her perspective: if she were a man, she’d be open to taking a woman to McDonald’s for a first date. We had a good laugh and a friendly debate! 😂🍟

Family, you know I’m the budget guy, but McDonald’s isn’t my first-date choice. I believe in being thoughtful AND staying within what you can afford. You don’t have to spend big to show effort.

Neither of us has to choose the same way, but now I want YOUR perspective: Is McDonald’s in 2026 okay for a first date for grown men and women? 👀

Is it about the place, the effort, or the connection? Let’s keep it respectful in the comments. 👇🏾

🍁A little Canada dump 🇨🇦

Red beans and rice taste so good you would think it was complicated. But it’s really so simple!

Soak your beans overnight/ or use can beans
Veggies use celery, green bell pepper, yellow onion. Dice small. Cook in a pot with butter. I use real butter. Add your seasoning.
Chicken bouillon @knorr
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Cajun seasoning
Add rope sausage, SMOKED turkey leg, beans, the water or chicken broth. Make sure everything is covered. Cooked mine for about 4 hrs before I removed turkey leg and took meat off. #dinner #redbeansandrice
