Saturday evening dinner a wonderful lasagne from ‘Mediterra’ by @ben.tish. I made the lamb ragout on Friday, then completed the dish yesterday. As there are only two of us, I decided to make two small dishes. It all went together really well, and it even looked a little like the photograph in the book. @ben.tish Thank you so much, Ben! It’s a great recipe. I wanted to make it as soon as I saw it in your book. I hadn’t made Moussaka in several years, but will definitely make this again. The book is fantastic. I’ve made several recipes, so far. 😍
