Page Six reports that J.Lo has allegedly butted heads with director Robert Zemeckis over the film’s final cut following reportedly disappointing test screenings. One insider claimed, “She’s tried to take it over. She fancies herself a filmmaker,” adding that Lopez had been spending time in the editing room. The source continued, “Behind the scenes, everyone’s saying it’s a #BlakeLively [situation].” The comparison references Lively’s highly publicized dispute with director and co-star Justin Baldoni over their competing visions for “It Ends With Us.”
