The list is long.
All of these are very IMPORTANT and are relevant to many. I know it is to me.
Whether I have experienced it myself or I have a friend, a colleague, or a family member who have experienced these challenges in their lives.
I feel it is important to acknowledge and create space to talk about them. So that no one has to go through it alone. Sometimes we don't need to say anything but to hold their hand, give a hug, simply be in their presence, make a meal for them, listen to their stories, and have an open heart.
Together, we can create a safe, compassionate, empathetic, loving and beautiful place to live. ✨
